Responsibilities:
Moravia Prime is in search of a candidate to fill the role of Rope Access Technician (RAT) Supervisor. Our focus lies in Building envelope, and we seek a driven individual with pertinent experience to join our team.
Job Duties:
- Generating inspection reports
- Conducting leak investigations
- Installing and re-installing caulking
- Performing concrete repairs
- Undertaking exterior painting tasks
- Executing pressure washing procedures
- Supervising rope access technicians to ensure you and your team are working safely and effectively
- Leading project operations and safety meetings
- Maintaining, assembling, and inspecting tools and equipment required at your work sites
- Fulfilling other responsibilities associated with high-angle or elevated building envelope tasks
Qualifications / Skills:
- Hold current SPRAT / IRATA level 2 or 3 certification
- Hold fall protection certificate
- Swing stage, boom lift experience are assets
- 1 + years of experience with building envelope
- Have a strong work ethic
- Show initiative and be a team player
- Be punctual and reliable
