Jay & Ess Constructions ltd located at 7908 122A Street Surrey BC, Canada V3W 3T3 is currently looking for 1 fulltime, Roofer to join their team and to perform following duties:
Job duties:
• Install, repair or replace built-up roofing systems using materials such as asphalt saturated felts and hot asphalt and gravel
• Install, repair or replace single-ply roofing system using waterproof sheet materials such as modified plastics or elastomeric
• Install sheet metal flashings
• Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level
• Set up scaffolding to provide safe access to roofs
Job Requirement:
• Completion of Secondary School.
• 1-2 years of experience in the related trade.
Terms of Employment:
Wage: $35.00 per hour. Overtime starts after 40 hours per week.
Must be willing to travel to work sites all over Lower Mainland, BC.
