Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers involved in processing, packaging, testing, and grading food products
Establish work methods and coordinate with other departments
Train staff on duties, safety procedures, and company policies
Recommend hiring, promotions, and other personnel actions
Identify types and grades of nuts, seeds, and dried fruits
Supervise preparation (spicing, drying, salting), roasting processes and ensure roasting is done to standard
Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and temperature-controlled storage
Recommend and source refrigeration/humidity control equipment
Ensure proper packaging for retail presentation
Maintain production reports and quality control measures
Arrange equipment maintenance and repair
Promote a safe work environment and minimize hazards at all stages

Qualifications & Requirements
Supervision: Experience managing 5–10 staff members
Certification: Valid First Aid Certificate
Security Clearance: Criminal record check required
