Arora Comfortechs Limited O/A Arora Technologies Ltd. located at Vancouver, BC, V6B 1E8 is looking for Administrative Assistants with minimum High school education. Applicants should also have either a diploma/ certificate in the related field or a minimum 6 months of experience in similar work settings. Pay per hour will be $25.00. This is a full-time position with 32-40 hours of work per week.
Following are the job duties of this position:
• Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and co-ordinate the flow of information internally
• Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings for the employer
• Keeping record of client files and information
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages
• Determine and establish office procedures
• Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to appropriate person
