Job duties are as follows but not limited to:
• Prepare pizzas out of our menu and based on custom orders
• Bake a wide variety of pizza doughs, including thin crust, thick crust and cheese-stuffed
• Follow standard operating recipes and temperatures
• Ensure consistent compliance of our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.
• Portion food products prior to cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications.
• Wash and chop vegetables
• Cut, slice and grill meats
• Monitor food stock and place orders, as needed
• Cook appetizers
• Maintain a clean cooking station and sterilize equipment
• Practice excellent food safety and sanitation practices
• Operate machinery and industrial baking oven
• Maintain production schedule to determine type and quantity of goods to produce
• Assist with sales and merchandising of goods when needed
• Manage large catering orders for special events
• Work according to tight production schedules
• Stock according to dates, rotate products, and checks temperature of product
Basic Qualifications:
• Completion of Secondary education (High School)
• Owner will provide on the job-training
Additional Qualifications:
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet operational needs.
