Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
. Develop and execute the IDI operational strategies, effectively managing and aligning them with the overall business goals and objectives.
. Oversee the daily operations of company, formulate and execute business activities to drive operational excellence.
. Track and monitor operating performance, analyze internal operations and contribute to the continuous improvement and process enhancement.
. Select middle manager and develop high-performing teams to provide leadership and guidance, creating optimum management efficiency and working conditions.
. Collaborate with the finance and human resource team, develop administrative and financial controls
. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures, ensuring the operations compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation.
. Perform other tasks as assigned by the President.
Qualifications:
. Bachelor or Master’s degree in business administration, computer science or a related field.
. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chief Operating Officer or a similar senior leadership role in organization, proven management experience in the technology, computer science or a related filed is preferred.
. Exceptional experience in strategic planning, financial and human resources management.
. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive operational excellence and achieve business objectives
. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
