Sweet Cherubim Natural Foods Ltd. is currently looking for a Permanent, Full Time Retail Store Manager to join their team as soon as possible.
Main Duties:
• Implement and develop marketing strategies.
• Manage the staff and assign them duties
• Resolve the issues and problems arriving at the store for the customers and staff.
• Oversee the hiring of the staff and train them.
• Set goals and ensure they have been accomplished by the staff.
• Study market trends and ensure product availability according to the demand in the market.
• Plan, direct and control daily operations of the store.
Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Minimum two years of work experience as a manager is required.
Salary: $ 35.00/ hour
