Experience:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Cook specifically in Tamil Nadu/ South-Indian Cuisine
Responsibilities:
• Skillfully prepare and cook a wide range of complete meals, individual dishes, and various types of food that are specifically Tamil Nadu/South-Indian cuisine.
• Follow instructions from Chef to prepare and cook Tamil Nadu/south-Indian cuisine meals.
• Create schedules and provide supervision to kitchen helpers, ensuring smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
• Arrange and supervise the setup of buffets, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized display of food.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld in the kitchen and work area, maintaining a safe and sanitary environment.
• Monitoring inventory levels to facilitate efficient ordering of supplies.
• Recruit and provide training to kitchen staff, nurturing their skills and fostering a cohesive team.
• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and guide kitchen helpers.
