• Greet visitors and direct them to service areas
• Schedule and confirm appointments of employer
• Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic enquiries
• Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information, compile data, and other information
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents; Prepare, key in bills and invoices,
• Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations, arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
