- Carrying out duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including official correspondence, memos and leases.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
-Assist in preparing and overseeing an annual operating budget.
-Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, and placing orders for supplies.
- Monitors progress and completion of vehicles in the shop and calls customers as necessary.
- Prepares final billing for completed repair orders.
- Controls accounts receivable for body repair work .Other duties as assigned.
