Currently, we are seeking a Customer and Information Services Supervisor to join our team.

Hours of Work: 35 hours per week

Job Responsibilities
-Lead, motivate, and coach the team members; establish work schedules and procedures; develop the team’s skills and talent; foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
-Track, report and process evolution by managing customer satisfaction, leveraging feedback received to continually improve.
-Assess and understand the needs of customers, promptly responding to their inquiries via email and chat.
-Conduct surveys and interviews, collect and compile statistics, provide information and customer service.
-Address and resolve customer complaints effectively by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives and following up to ensure their satisfaction.
-Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate authority when necessary.
-Collaborate with other team members and departments to optimize customer support processes and continuously improve service quality.
-Ensure the smooth operation of computer systems and equipment and arrange for maintenance and repair work.

Recruiting Requirements:
Education: A minimum of a college diploma is required.
Experience: At least one year of experience as a customer service supervisor is required.
Skills:
-Excellent communication skills, ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
-Computer proficiency, including effective working skills of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and e-mail, etc.
-Effective attention to detail and a high degree of data entry accuracy.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-task environment.
-Proficiency in managing customer interactions and inquiries.
-Skilled at teamwork and relationship management.
-Strong analytical and organizational skills.
