Main Job Duties:
Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, and floor dispatch.
Manage and direct the daily activities of the warehouse team i.e. checkers, loaders, and forklift drivers.
Supervise the warehouse team to ensure that all stock deliveries are quality checked and delivery notes are signed, dated and filed in line with company procedure.
Supervise the team to ensure that all stock items are coded up and booked in before being put away.
Analyzes, develops, and recommends improvements in current procedures to promote efficiency, faster service, and smooth operations
Oversee and implement health and safety policies and procedures within the warehouse and yard.
Manages human resource activities within accountability, including interviewing, performance appraisal, training, and other related activities.
