Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs using manual and electric appliances
- Use deep fryer, grill, oven, and other equipment to prepare food items such as hamburgers, fries, salads, and other beverages
- Portion, assemble, and wrap food or place it directly on plates for service to patrons, and package take-out food
- Stock refrigerators and keep records of the quantities of food used
- Wash and peel vegetables and fruit
- Wash work tables, cupboards and appliances
- Remove trash and clean kitchen garbage containers
- Unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, cupboards and other storage areas
- Sweep and mop floors, and perform other duties to assist cook and kitchen staff
- Handle and store cleaning products
- Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash
- Sharpen kitchen knives

Academic, Training and Experience Qualifications
- Completion of high school education
- Experience is an asset
Wage
- Salary: $16~$19 per hour for 30 ~ 44 hours a week at 52 weeks a year
