Over Time Wage Rate: $41.40 per hour (after 40 hours per week)
Requirements:
Completion of secondary school
2-3 years of related experience required
Job Duties:
• Prepare & Cook full course meals, individual dishes & food items including vegetarian & Non-vegetarian curry(s) and different kind of naans
• Cook chicken, paneer and fish in tandoor (clay oven) according to the menu item
• Assist in introducing new dishes to the menu
• Maintain the clean and hygienic environment in the kitchen
• Monitoring and estimating the daily supplies as required
• Instruct and train staff in preparation of dishes
