Pawan Investment Group Ltd. (Esso) gas station with convenience store located at 12 Main Street, Selkirk, Manitoba, R1A 1P4 urgently requires a one (1) Retail Store Supervisor for their store.
Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor
Term of Employment: Permanent/Full Time/ 30-40 hours per week
Compensation : $25 per hour. Overtime after 40 hours per week
Working Conditions: Job involves morning, day, evening, weekends, shift and holiday work.
Languages: English
Education: Applicant must have completed Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Ability to Supervise: 3 to 4 people
Specific Skills: Assign sales workers to duties, Order merchandise, authorize return of merchandise, Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, Sell merchandise, Establish work schedules, Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters, Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, Organize and maintain inventory
