Now, we are looking for a Managing Director with extensive experience to join our team. The position will direct and control our activities in human resources, purchasing and administration.
Job Responsibilities
• Plan, organize and manage our human resources, purchasing and administration activities
• Provide work direction and supervise employees involved in accounting, payroll, human resources, purchasing and administrative support
• Review regional and national policy changes and change company policies and procedures for compliance
• Communicate with the company owner to create budgets for maintenance, restaurant supplies, inventory, human resources and administration
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management reports to summarize the business performance in human resources, purchasing and administration
• Interview potential candidates, make recruitment decisions and provide onboarding and continuous training to new employees
Requirements and Qualifications
• College diploma or above
• Ability to communicate in English
• 5 years of related work experience as Managing Director or similar role, with at least 3 years of food industry-related management experience
• Accurate, Effective interpersonal skills, Flexibility, Judgement, Organized, Team player

$47.00 to $52.00 per hour
2 weeks of paid vacation per year
