Job Summary:

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer provides executive leadership to WCBs financial services functions and participates in WCBs strategic and operational planning and leads associated stakeholder reporting processes and initiatives. He/she has accountability to provide leadership and oversight of WCBs financial and actuarial functions and teams which include responsibility for treasury functions. He/she partners with other executive leaders to develop and implement strategies that enable the continuous improvement of processes, programs and services in support of WCBs mission and vision.

Qualifications:

A University Degree in Commerce or Business Administration and professional accounting designation (CA, CMA or CGA) in good standing or Masters in Business Administration.  This education will be supplemented with extensive experience in senior leadership roles.
