  Description :  
The Francis Boutique Inn is currently seeking a Cleaning Supervisor based in Ucluelet, BC for a full-time, permanent position offering 30-40 hours per week at a rate of $28.85 per hour. The role does not include benefits but offers a vacation allocation of 4%. The start date is immediate.

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be expected to perform the following duties:
• Supervise and coordinate the work of light duty and cleaners.
• Inspect rooms to ensure established safety and cleanliness standards are met.
• Recommend or arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
• Hire and train cleaning staff.
• Prepare work schedule and coordinate activities with those of other departments
• Prepare budget, estimate costs and keep financial records.
• Handling payments for specialized cleaning jobs.
• Performing cleaning duties when necessary.

Requirements:
• high school diploma (a university degree or college diploma is advantageous).
• 1-2 years of related work experience.
• strong organization and prioritization skills.
• ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, professionalism under pressure.
• proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
• leadership experience with a minimum team size of 3.
• excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• flexibility to work weekends and varied hours.
• Readiness to provide professional references upon request.
