Job Duties/ Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Prepare foods, meals and dishes during restaurant operating hours;
Look after kitchen operations;
Maintain inventories and records of food supplies;
Plan menus and prepare food for caterings and bulk orders.
Ability to prepare sauces and curry preparation;
Must be able to prepare breads and meats in the Tandoor (Indian style clay oven) oven.
Skills Requirements:
Skills: Ability to work in fast paced environment, multi-tasking and culinary skills.
Education: Secondary education is required.
Work: 1-2 years of work experience is required.
