[ DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ]
As Operation and Marketing vice-president, the candidate needs to be responsible:
1. Utilize keen market insight to determine the company's mission and strategic direction. Develop policies and concrete objectives aligned with business goals.
2. Effectively manage human, financial, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs. Allocate resources for optimal results and establish financial and administrative controls.
3. Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments, ensuring the appointment of senior staff positions to support business operations.
4. Leverage experience in navigating complex competitive environments to determine business expansion directions. Open operational channels and enhance corporate visibility.
5. Select and delegate responsibilities to middle managers, directors, and executive staff. Create optimum working conditions to facilitate their success in respective roles.
6. Act as a representative of the organization or delegate representatives to negotiate and participate in official functions, strengthening the organization's external relations.
7. Apply strong analytical skills in user analysis and consumer psychology to inform decision-making processes and enhance business strategies.
8. Bring rich cross-cultural work experience to the table, contributing to a diverse and inclusive organizational culture.
9. Leverage psychology expertise and candidacy for a psychoanalyst role to enhance interpersonal dynamics within the organization.
10. Demonstrate hands-on execution capabilities to overcome challenges in various roles, including marketing, platform development, business operations, and human resource management

[ REQUIREMENTS ]
-A university degree in business administration, commerce, computer science, or a related discipline to the service provided is required.
-5+ years of experience as a middle manager in financial, communications, or other business services are required.
-Showcases robust analytical and interpersonal competencies through a demonstrated mastery in scrutinizing user behavior.
-Possesses adept organizational skills, encompassing efficient record-keeping, scheduling, and adept problem-solving abilities.
