Due to our robust and consistent business expansion and reputation in both domestic and international markets, we have successfully broadened our processing capabilities to incorporate the production of recycled goods using cutting-edge equipment in the industry.

We are now recruiting a Vice President to help us obtain better business and financial growth. He or she is expected to coordinate with the company management, external clients, and prospective partners to stay on track with current business trends and propose new business ideas that can improve revenue margins.


Job Duties:
1. Participate in the development and implementation of executive-level business strategies that align with the company’s ideals, vision, and business objectives.
2. Take charge of the company policy designing, formulate action plans, and set guidance for each department to improve the overall operational effectiveness.
3. Evaluate our ongoing business projects and assign detailed tasks to corresponding teams; allocate company resources to relevant operations based on priority level.
4. Oversee all main aspects of the daily operations while maintaining the efficiency of the manufacturing steps, including recycling processes, equipment maintenance, and logistics management.
5. Supervise the detailed execution of planned strategies, coordinate tasks between different sections, and provide assistance to team leaders regarding troubleshooting issues arising from work.
6. Uphold the quality and integrity of our recycled plastic products through rigorous quality control measures and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
7. Lead the completion of market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities for business expansion, diversification, and market penetration in the plastic recycling industry.
8. Monitor the performance of ongoing marketing efforts such as advertising campaigns, public events, featured service promotion, and investor relations activities for better brand awareness in the surrounding communities.
9. Stay updated with the latest technology innovations and advances in the plastic recycling industry to ensure timely tech adoption, enhanced product quality, and higher profit margins.
10. Manage relationships with material suppliers to maintain a reliable and efficient supply chain; represent the company to negotiate with business partners and learn about their demands or preferences for better product line adjustment.
11. Work closely with human resources and other relevant departments to define the criteria for selecting middle managers and executives, provide guidance on the qualities and skills desired in candidates, and participate in interviews or final approval stages for top-level hires.


Qualifications:
1. A college diploma in engineering, business administration, commerce, or relevant experience in a related field is required.
2. 3+ years of professional experience as a middle manager or higher rank in goods production, utilities, transportation, or construction related industry.
3. Past experience in the manufacturing industry is an asset.
4. Display strong strategic leadership skills and the ability to inspire employees for better productivity.
5. Possess the ability to prioritize multiple projects under tight timelines, while applying innovative and deep business acumen.
6. Proficient in communication and co-ordination across departments.
7. Show self-initiative and enthusiasm in this line of work.
