Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Arrange for maintenance and repair work. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery. Monitor quality and production levels. Prepare and submit progress and other reports. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Establish work schedules and procedures. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years. Support for persons with disabilities: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for persons with disabilities . Support for newcomers and refugees: Offers mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees . Support for youths: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth. Support for Veterans: Offers workshops, counselling services or other resources to help Veterans navigate their transition into the civilian workforce (for example: adapting to different organizational structures) .
