Consumer Engagement Specialist, PA&A

We are looking for a Consumer Engagement Specialist, PA&A who will report to the PA&A (Parts, accessories and Apparel) Marketing Team Lead, and who’ll be tasked with helping us define our PA&A marketing strategy. As part of your role, you’ll be significantly contributing to the organization's growth. You’ll be at the forefront of creating the PA&A consumer experience at BRP.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Define and optimize the PA&A marketing and content plans.
  • Collaborate in the improvement of the PA&A experience at BRP.
  • Manage the production of parts, accessories, and apparel content and assets across all brands to supply all the required content to the collaborating channels.
  • Act as the voice of the customer in the creation of marketing actions.
  • Align with the product and commercial teams in awareness & accessibility initiatives for parts, accessories, and apparel.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Critical marketing thinking with a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or equivalent experience.
  • Curiosity for the parts and accessories business within the powersports market.
  • Strive to influence cross-functional teams while maintaining excellent relationships.
  • Comfortable in written and spoken English and French.
  • Enjoy learning something new every day about vehicle mechanics, content creation or many other topics with collaborating teams.
