We are dedicated to helping you develop your skills, achieve personal and professional growth, and fulfill your career dreams.What you'll be responsible forProvide an exceptional level of customer service that consistently exceeds expectations, enhancing client relationships.Maintain program and vendor relationships, ensuring timely payments and assisting with reconciliations.Ensure compliance with CWB Maxium policies and procedures, including loan management, data integrity, and approved exposure limits.Interpret deal structures to process program and loan documentation, facilitating accurate billing and portfolio collection.Prepare cash flow reports, providing reconciliation for CWB Maxium and program partners on a weekly and monthly basis.Communicate deficiencies and rejected contracts to program partners, following up to obtain outstanding items.Collaborate with credit, sales, and program management teams regarding non-standard credit conditions and requirements.Prepare and submit transactions to credit and management for audit and approval.Who we’re looking for & what you’ve done:3 to 5 years of corporate lease and finance experience.A strong understanding of PPSA regulations.Some post-secondary education in business or a related field.In addition, we are looking for someone who possesses the following qualities:Strong focus on meeting client needs, with a passion for nurturing long-term relationships and offering effective solutions.Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, changing environment.Strong time management skills and the ability to proactively understand and meet customer needs.Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving conditions.Mathematically and technologically savvy, with proficiency in MS Office products, especially Word and Excel.If this opportunity excites you, and you are seeking a challenging and rewarding career in finance and insurance, we would love to hear from you.Why work with us?
