? Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures as necessary.
- Establish work priorities, delegate tasks to support staff, and ensure that deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
- Manage policies and procedures concerning the release of records when processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Manage and organize company documents by sorting, filing and delivering office memos, mail or other documents.
- Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations connected to budgeting, contracting, project planning, and management processes.
- Maintain inventory such as equipment, supplies.
- Maintain and update company databases.
- Create periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Carry out administrative tasks.
? Experience: 1 year of relevant experience
? Education: Completion of Secondary High School
? Languages: English
