Job Duties:
- Build, install, maintain, and repair foundations, exterior doors and windows, floors, walls, and roofs.
- Read and interpret blueprints, layouts or designs to determine job requirements.
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials to build frames.
- Help erect, level, and install building framework with the help of equipment.
- Maintain, repair, and renovate residential structures according to job needs.
- Instruct and supervise construction helpers and other workers.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, handling heavy loads.
Education Requirements: Secondary School GraduationCertificates
Experience Requirements: 2 years to less than 3 years
Start date: As soon as possible
