Job Duties:
· Establish methods to meet work schedules
· Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
· Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
· Hire food service staff
· Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
· Prepare budget and cost estimates
· Address customers' complaints or concerns
· Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
· Prepare and submit reports
· Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
· Establish work schedules
Job Requirement:
· Completion of secondary school is required
· Experience of 1 year to less than 2 years is required.
Work Location: 130 - 4300 South Park Drive,Stony Plain, AB, T7Z 2W7
Wage: $18.65 per hour. Overtime will be paid after 35 hours per week.
Hours: 30-35 hours per week.
