Salary: $37.00 per hour
Job duties include:
• Manage the activities of workers at the salon
• Device rules, policies, and techniques for staff for the growth of the business
• Analyze budgets and prepare sales report
• Establish and regulate the day-to-day operations of the salon
• Resolve customer complaints when needed
• Plan and implement marketing/advertising techniques
• Maintain all beauty, spa, and hair products inventory every week
• Responsible for recruiting, training, and preparing schedules for employees
• Organize contracts with clients and associates
Experience:
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience is required in a relevant
Education:
Completion of secondary education required. Completion of post-secondary studies in a relevant field is required.
