Job Duties: 
1.Identify, assign and classify client’s condition and treatment memo into the existing information system
2.Retrieve, link and archive client’s healthcare background, visitation record, previous conditions and other information
3.Collect clinical data and client’s record to conduct analysis, such as treatment effectiveness, symptom progress, and patient satisfaction etc., in accordance with established policies, procedures and guidelines
4.Monitor, operate and maintain computerized information systems for patients that can organize, filter and retrieve their records, reports, and other documents
5.Review archived data and generate relevant reports to facilitate administrative operation
6.Utilize a variety of tools, including hardware and software to digitize, store and manage health record
7.May introduce or implement new features and systems to support and modernize the clinic’s operation
8.May provide supervision and guidance on managing health records or other work as required

Qualifications:
1.Completion of post-secondary education in relevant fields is required.
2.1 year of working experience in hospitals, clinics, consulting firms and other health care establishments is required.
3.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
4.Possess attention to detail and patient-focused attitudes
