Manager.

Liquor Primary with an outdoor patio and seating capacity of 60. We feature a Pub Food and Drink menu
focusing on the best value that City has to offer.
Position details are as follows:
Job Title: Bar Manager

Location of work: 1031-1163 Pinetree Way Across Lincoln Station -facing, Lincoln Ave, Coquitlam,
BC V3B 8A9
Job Type: Full time, permanent position with 35- 40 hours per week.
Compensation: $28.85/ hour, overtime at the rate of 1.5 after 8 hours per day/40 hours per week
Benefits: As per BC employment standards
Key duties:
. Plan, organize and manage the operations of the bar
. Recruit staff, and oversee the training
. Prepare schedule, monitor the performance of the staff and prepare staff reports
. Promoting and marketing the business.
. Planning menus
. Monitor Sales volume and prepare sales reports
. Make improvements for the smooth running and development of the restaurant.
. Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation and guidelines
. Ensure high standards of guest experience is maintained
. Exercise inventory control and modify procedures and prices.
. Handle statistical and financial records
. Handle Customer Inquiries and Complaints.
. Liaising with suppliers, licensing authorities and customers.
. Manage payroll and budgets.
Job Requirements:
. Education: Completion of college or other program related to hospitality, food and beverage
service management.
. Experience: Two years of related experience is required.
. Language: English
