Position details are as follows:
Job Title: Kitchen Manager

Location of work: 1031-1163 Pinetree Way Across Lincoln Station -facing, Lincoln Ave, Coquitlam, BC V3B 8A9
Job Type: Full-time, permanent position with 35-40 hours per week.
Compensation: $20/ hour, overtime at the rate of 1.5 after 8 hours per day/40 hours per week
Benefits: As per BC employment standards
Key duties:
. Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff
. Maintain records of stock and wastage
. Ensure adherence to food and service quality standards
. Supervise and check the quality of the food served
. Assist the manager in preparing schedules and evaluating the performance of the staff.
. Train kitchen staff in duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
. Address customer's complaints and concerns
. Maintain inventory, estimate and order food, supplies, and equipment.
. Monitor hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen area.
Job Requirements:
. Education: Completion of secondary school
. Experience: One year of related experience is required.
. Language: English
