Today, we are looking for a dedicated Logistics and Inventory Supervisor to join our team. This position will be mainly responsible for the overall management of our warehouse and coordination in logistics.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and implement policies regarding warehouse, inventory, and logistics, ensuring smooth operation and compliance with safety and security procedures and regulations.
• Supervise, plan, and assign shipping, receiving, sorting, storing, distributing of tires, rims and other auto parts.
• Process purchasing orders, packing products, plan and arrange delivery routes, schedule delivery clerks to ensure high-standard delivery to customers.
• Supervise the inventory level, timely place requisition for supplies, materials, and products.
• Monitor and maintain the condition of warehouse equipment and machinery to ensure smooth use.
• Establish and maintain the electronic inventory and logistics system, timely update inventory and logistics information in the computer system.
• Participate in training and performance review of supervised workers
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve internal issues, customer complaints, and make appropriate adjustment to current operations.
• Perform the same duties as workers supervised if required.

Skills & Qualifications
• Completion of a post-secondary college program is required.
• Education or certificate in supply chain, warehouse, logistics, production management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant setting
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in office software, logistics software and inventory management system.
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
