Job Description:
Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures
Coordinate the flow of information within the team
Direct and control daily operations
Direct staff
Evaluate daily operations
Motivate staff
Plan and organize daily operations
Supervise other workers
Establish and implement policies and procedures
Schedule and confirm appointments
Manage contracts
Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
Answer electronic enquiries
Maintain and manage digital database
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filling systems
Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
Prepare reports
Employee and internal staff follow up
Update of CRM system and communication plan making sure the SOP are up to date
Record billing information and prepare invoices or estimates
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including simple bookkeeping and banking tasks
May supervise and train office staff in procedures and in use of current software
Requirements:
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of work experience in an administrative or clerical position including simple bookkeeping tasks, preparation of budget, maintenance of inventory, proofreading and preparation of reports is required. If the candidate does not have the required experience, then a completion of a one- or two-year college or other program for administrative assistants or secretaries is required.

- Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Google Docs, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Power Point, MS Outlook, MS Windows, Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, Business diagram software, Human resources software, Electronic mail, Electronic scheduler, Information Technology, IQMS ERP experience will be preferred.
- Ability to supervise: 1-2 people
- Language: English is required
Salary: $25.00 hourly, 40 Hours per week.

Important Information:
The candidate will work Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, including 1 hour of paid lunch break.
