Job Description:
• Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
• Keep records of the quantities of food used.
• Package take-out food for customers.
• Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items.
• Stock refrigerators and salad bars with necessary items.
• Take customers' orders and ensure accuracy.
• Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs.
• Clean & sanitize the kitchen, work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, & appliances
• Receive, unpack, & store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, & other storage areas.
• Serve pizza slices to customers and reheat pizza slices as needed.
• Assist in assembling pizza boxes for orders.
• Ensure the pizza display case is stocked and clean.
• Monitor inventory of pizza slices and report low stock to kitchen staff.
• Handle customer inquiries about pizza varieties and ingredients.
• Manage the point-of-sale system for pizza orders.
Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent (40 hours per week)
Hourly Wage: $19.00 / hour
