Job description
Job title: Food service supervisor (NOC 62020)
Wage: $17.50/hour
Work hours: Monday-Friday, 35 hours/week
Address: 1425 Topsail Rd, Paradise, NL A1L 1H6
Nature: Full-time permanent.
Language: English
Vacation: 2 weeks of paid vacation per annum or remuneration of 4% of basic salary
Job duties
Design work routines and procedures.
Supervise food preparation and portioning staff.
Train the new employees.
Control the quality of prepared ingredients and food.
Keep records of inventory.
Plan the supplies schedule of necessary ingredients.
Keep the record of inventory supplies, wastage and consumption.
Job requirements
Completion of secondary school is a must.
At least a year of working experience as a food service supervisor similar role is a must.
Attention to detail with outstanding accuracy.
Good communication skills and good teamplayer.
Being good in a second language will be preferred.
