Job Title: Carpenter
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Carpenter to perform a variety of tasks including repairs, renovations, and maintenance of our rental properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, drywall installation, finishing, and cabinetry.
Repair and maintain structural elements of rental properties.
Assist with renovations and property improvements.
Collaborate with property management to ensure high standards of living conditions for tenants.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Drive company-provided vehicle to various job sites as needed.
Skills:
- Proficiency in drywall installation and flooring installation.
- Experience in concrete forming and siding installation.
- Ability to interpret schematics accurately.
- Knowledge of caulking techniques.
- Skill in fabricating materials to precise measurements.
- Proficient in using hand tools and CNC equipment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Carpenter.
Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
