ANRIC Enterprises Inc. (“ANRIC”) is a leader in the nuclear industry specializing in providing professional development courses for engineers, managers and stakeholders in the nuclear industry. In addition, we are involved in writing Quality Assurance manuals to CSA Standards and/or ASME Codes, and in assisting companies implement these manuals.

Further, ANRIC provides professional engineering services for domestic and international clients associated with the evaluation and development of system and component pressure boundary designs. These services encompass the power, chemical and petrochemical industries in the nuclear and non-nuclear sectors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Facilitate the Development of QA Program Audits: Actively participate in the preparation phase of Quality Assurance {QA) Program Audits. This includes the creation of comprehensive audit plans and checklists, which are meticulously designed based on the applicable Codes, Standards, and the client's specific QA program documentation.
Manage QA Audit Logistics: Assume a central role in coordinating and scheduling QA Audits. This involves liaising with both the client and the auditors to ensure a smooth and efficient audit process. It also includes managing the logistics and ensuring all parties are informed of the schedule and expectations.
Conduct Comprehensive Code and Standards Research: Undertake a thorough review and research of relevant Codes and Standards. The aim is to stay abreast of the latest industry standards and regulatory requirements. Summarize the findings in a concise and clear manner for the benefit of senior personnel, aiding in strategic decision-making and compliance.
Audit Report Preparation: Assist in the preparation of detailed audit reports post-audit. This includes documenting the audit findings, non-conformities, and areas of improvement.
Follow-up on Corrective Actions: Track and monitor the implementation of corrective actions arising from the audits. Ensure these actions are effectively addressed and closed out within the stipulated timelines.
Maintain QA Documentation: Manage and maintain up-to-date QA documentation. This includes updating changes in procedures, standards, and regulations in the QA program documents.
Professional Development Courses: Provide support to the instructor in the delivery of professional development courses for clients, ensuring a seamless progression of the course curriculum; promptly identify and rectify any technical disruptions or challenges that may surface.
Company Representation: Represent company at stakeholder events including but limited to conference, corporate/industry events to educate clients and potential clients on offerings and services.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS/KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Completion of college program in a related discipline such as engineering, or manufacturing quality assurance.
Expert Knowledge of ASME and CSA codes and standards including N299,
Skills: highly organized, excellent oral and written communication, professional level writing, interpersonal skills, detail oriented, proficient in Microsoft softwares (including teams), proactive, team player,
Ability to travel to client sites potentially 20-50% of the time.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
