Financial Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.

Expense Management: Monitor and track company expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and cost control measures.

Billing and Invoicing: Generate and process invoices for clients, policyholders, and vendors, ensuring timely and accurate billing.

Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for management review.

Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing, including wage calculations, tax deductions, and compliance with labor regulations.

Audit Support: Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.

Compliance and Regulation: Stay informed about industry-specific accounting regulations and ensure the company's financial practices comply with relevant guidelines.

Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable insights to management.

Software Proficiency: Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel) and other financial tools to facilitate accurate financial transactions and reporting.

Expense Reimbursement: Process and verify expense reimbursement requests from employees and manage the reimbursement process.

Inventory Management: Track and account for company assets and inventory, ensuring accurate valuation and depreciation schedules.

Tax Preparation: Assist in preparing and filing corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with all tax laws and regulations.

Cash Flow Management: Monitor and forecast cash flow, making recommendations to optimize liquidity and working capital.

Financial Documentation: Maintain organized and secure financial documents and records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
