Job Requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required
Experience: Work experience as an accommodation supervisor for 1 year or more is required
Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort
Specific Skills/Job Duties: Co-ordinate activities with other work departments; Establish work schedules and procedures; Perform same duties as workers supervised (if required); Prepare and submit reports; Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality; Co-ordiante, assign, and review work; Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies; Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery; Requisition materials and supplies
Ability to Supervise: 1-2 people
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Standing for extended periods
