Macropus Global LTD.is looking for 4 Construction helpers. This position will be full time with 8 hours a day and 40 hours per week. Our company is located at 3450 Uptown Blvd,
Victoria, BC V8Z 0B9
The Job Duties for this position will be:
Load and unload construction and renovation materials, and move materials to workspaces
Blend, pour and spread materials like concrete and black-top
Tend or take care of machines or hardware utilized in construction
Perform different activities at job sites, as coordinated.
Assist heavy equipment operators to secure special attachments to equipment, signal operators to guide them in moving equipment
Erect and destroy substantial structures, framework, inclines, catwalks, shoring and blockades expected at construction sites
Cutting and shaping materials and joining them with nails, screws, bolts or glue.
Selecting, measuring and marking materials for exterior doors and windows, foundations, floors, walls and roofs.
Cutting and molding materials and getting them together with nails, screws, fasteners or paste
Job Requirements:
No Language Requirement
On the job training will be provided
Similar work experience is an asset
What we offer:
$23 per hour
4% vacation pay
