Job Description:
We are looking for three Administrative Assistants for our pizza business.
Main Duties include:
Control budget and expenditures
Schedule and confirm appointments for manager
Manage contracts
Answer the telephone and relay messages
Oversee employee data and information
Answer emails
Compile data and statistics
Prepare reports
Advise management
Respond to questions and complaints
Order office supplies and inventory
Oversee payroll
Manage regular and email and coordinate information flow
Ensure filing systems are up to date and complete
Type and proofread documents
Do research
Perform data entry
Maintain and manage database
Perform basic bookkeeping
Prepare occupational health and safety documentation and reports
Employment Requirements:
- Minimum 1 month of experience
- Completion of High School (Secondary School)
