• Prepare and cook a variety of Asian cuisine dishes in line with restaurant standards.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to kitchen helpers under supervision.
• Oversee kitchen activities to maintain high efficiency and food quality.
• Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain an organized work environment.
• Assist in inventory management and identify items that need restocking.
• Strictly follow food safety regulations and protocols.
• Participate in training sessions to share culinary skills and knowledge.
