JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers,
• Prepare work schedules and arrange for the training of new sales staff,
• Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise,
• Ensure the image of the store are maintained, such as store displays and cleanliness,
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages,
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and manning,
• May perform the same duties as sales staff supervised.
REQUIREMENTS:
• High school graduation or college diploma,
• One-year sales experience as a retail sales supervisor,
• English communication skills.
