Salary: $29/Hourly
Job Duties:
• Provide work direction, supervision to other staff
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensure that other staff work in compliance with established safe work practices and procedures
• Establish work schedules and methods to meet work schedules
• Prepare budget and cost estimates
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Ensure food service and quality control is met
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Promote and maintain excellent customer relations and effective ongoing communication with all levels of staff
• Other tasks, duties and assignments as directed by the Manager.
Job Requirements:
Education: High School
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Language: English
