Wage Rate: $15.3 per hour
Hours of Work: 30 hours per week
Job Duties
-Prepare various types of sushi dishes according to established guidelines on quality, portion size, high-end presentation, and food safety.
-Chop, slice, and fillet various kinds of fish and meat, etc.; cut and peel vegetables; ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served.
-Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment, check the quality of ingredients; keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen.
-Clean food prep areas, equipment, utensils and strictly adhere to sanitation, food safety, hygiene, and other health and safety guidelines.
-Monitor food stock and place orders as needed, ensure all food and other items are stored properly.

-Ability to multitask, take direction and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-Ability to stand for long periods of time and withstand heat.
-Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, overnight hours and holidays.
-Willingness, knowledge, and ability to execute sushi cuisine.
-Industrious and hard working.
-Extremely organized.
-Attention to detail.
