Location: 7777 Keele Street suite 3, Concord, Ontario, L4K 1Y7
Wage Rate: $43.25 Hourly, for 37.50 Hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Overtime, Weekend, Day
Education: High School, Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is usually required.
Experience: Several years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.

Job Duties:
• Ensures that all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained, and company safety and security policy are followed.
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of Subway
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Recruit staff and oversee staff training
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Maintains business records as outlined in the SUBWAY® Operations Manual. Analyzes business records to increase sales.
