Job Description:
This Company is urgently hiring one Full-time Sales Manager (except retail and wholesale) to join their team in Surrey, British Columbia as soon as possible.
Job Duties:
o Establish sales target and sales plan under company guidance.
o Work effectively within a team environment to maximize revenue potential and ensure client satisfaction.
o Track market trends, competitor’s dynamics, and similar products in the same industry.
o Develop and implement sales-related advertising and media planning campaigns.
o Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly/annual sales report for adjustment of sales strategies and objectives.
o In charge of sales staff recruitment, training, and management and team building.
Employment requirements:
o Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree. Degree in Business administration will be considered as an asset.
o 2 to 3 years of sales experience in a related field is required.
