We are seeking an experienced Sales General Manager with a global perspective to lead our sales team. As the Sales General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, expanding our market reach, and fostering strong client relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Establish sales objectives for the company and formulate strategic sales plans and marketing expansion programs
• Provide visionary leadership to sales divisions and regions, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration within and across regions
• Select, train and manage sales managers, overseeing personnel planning, training &development and performance management
• Coordinate the work of regions, divisions and other cross-functional business units (logistics, finance, etc.) to optimize sales processes
• Oversee the monitoring and analysis of sales performance metrics, such as revenue growth, sales pipeline, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs
• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate international partnerships
• Represent the company in negotiations, at trade shows, and conferences
• Collaborate with other cross functional business units to ensure execution of sales initiatives and promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
• A university degree in business administration, marketing management or finance.
• Minimum 5 years work experience in senior sales managerial position
• Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in an international context.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and strategic thinking.
• Exceptional leadership to motivate regional sales teams and/or sales divisions to exceed targets
