We are seeking to fill the full-time, permanent position of Information System Specialist.
Ideal Candidate must possess:
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience Requirements: At least one year of proven experience with Salesforce and proficiency in managing various technology stacks.
• Skills:
o Strong technical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive innovation.
o Experience working alongside sales teams to provide essential technical support and secure deals.
o Proven ability to develop strategic, long-term technology roadmaps with clients.
o Experienced in identifying and integrating new technologies.
o Solid understanding of coding and development best practices.
o Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Technical Leadership: Utilize extensive knowledge across various technology stacks, particularly Salesforce, to enhance development efficiency at MAC.
• Collaboration and Support: Work closely with the sales team, providing critical technical insights and support essential for securing technology-driven deals.
• Strategic Development: Forge strategic partnerships with clients to design comprehensive technology roadmaps that boost long-term success and effectiveness.
• Innovation Support: Assist the VP of Technology and Strategy in scouting, evaluating, and assimilating cutting-edge technologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Problem Resolution: Act as the principal expert in tackling intricate technical issues, bolstering MAC's reputation for delivering advanced solutions.
• Project Oversight: Manage the technical delivery of MAC’s development and API projects, ensuring exceptional quality and surpassing client expectations.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of skilled Salesforce architects, driving excellence in all development initiatives.
Business / work Location: Unit 403, 2333 Dundas St. W., Toronto, ON M6R 3A6.
Compensation: $175,000 per year, with a minimum of 40 work hours per week.
Primary Working Language: English.
