Job Description

. Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of daily activities.

. Develop and structure daily procedures and tasks.

. Prepare for adjustments in schedules and policy modifications.

. Generate reports and updates for upper management.

. Hire new employees.

. Oversee and manage team members.

. Provide training and development for employees.

. Handle financial planning and budgeting.

. Organize shipping paperwork and monitor the movement of goods.

. Ensure adherence to transportation regulations and standards.

. Create and enforce guidelines for handling and storing goods.

. Secure service agreements and advantageous pricing.

. Manage the planning and execution of vehicle and goods dispatch.

. Supervise the determination of service charges and track financial performance.

. Arrange and manage inventory levels and records.

Job Requirements:

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience
1 year to less than 2 years

. Negotiate for services and preferential rates
. Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods
. Oversee the setting of transportation service rates and monitor revenue
. Organize and maintain inventory
